Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). However, if you simply changed your mind and no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, except in the case of a defective item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
